I have played tennis since I was old enough to hold a racquet, and have been around the tennis world to see the changes in clothing and styles.

As I reached my mature years I found it more and more difficult to find tennis outfits that fit, and that were reasonably priced. I decided to make my own outfits.
​
As I started wearing my own creations, ladies on the court commented on how nice they were and asked were I bought them. When told that I made my own they asked if I could make them outfits. I resisted for a long while, saying I only made clothes for myself. As I became more adept at tailoring them I finally gave in and agreed to make outfits for others.
Ladies asked me to make clothes for them as they couldn't get the sizes to fit (I make from size 4 to size 18).

I started making clothes for others, but I had one rule - each outfit was an original and unique. No one who bought my clothes would show up on court and see another lady with the same outfit.
....... KC Originals was born.
